  This is a really decent place for art supplies. The only issue I have with this particular location is the Manager. I'm assuming he's the manager because he's been there for at least a decade.I remember him when the place was Utrecht and down the road on Warren.He tends to follow you around and constantly asks if you need help finding something, almost as if he doesn't want you there. I had this experience with him today and it made me feel really uncomfortable. Sometimes you need time to wander the store and think. I probably would've spent more money but felt uncomfortable being there. I think next time I'll contact their corporate office.

  I'm into hand made paper and they have lots of it! The store is always fully stocked with an array of art supplies and crafty things. The staff is friendly and informative. Also, the preferred customer card comes in handy and they have coupons and sales on a regular basis.

  Staff were friendly and helpful, answered my questions very professionally. Prices are decent.

  A sales associate asked me soon as i was in the door if i needed help looking for what i needed. She stayed with me the entire time i was there and went through my whole list. Great customer service and i am very pleased without articles i purchased which was mostly their store brand
