  The pizza tased great, but the hygiene was bad. People behind the counter wiping noses then returning to box folding and prep without gloves. The oddest thing was not a single person wiped a table or attended the eating area, other than the patrons themselves. I wiped our table, and we sat next to food and tables of trash for 40+ minutes. 8 people working behind the counter, and it was pretty low volume. I have never left a negative restaurant post, wont be anytime soon. Update.... I went back with a friend and our kids in tow, hoping for a better experience. Filthiest place I have ever eaten. We cleaned our own tables, covered with trash and crumbs, spilled drinks on the floor. Just sad because the pizzas are so good. My advice. Order TO-GO only. I have never seen a more poorly managed restaurant. 3 people standing around at least out of the 7-8 people working, doing nothing. We were there for about an hour escaping the heat and hanging with our kids, not once did someone attend the eating area. Sad.

  All of the employees were rude expect for Lo. He greeted us with a smile and was SUPER helpful. I would give him 5 stars and all of the other employees 1 start. They were rude and acted like they hated their job. One girl, I think her name was patty.. she was on her phone, had an attitude and gave my boyfriend an awful look when he asked for two cups of ranch when she only gave him one (when he specially asked for two) it was my first time visit the establishment, and I probably won’t be going back to this location. The employees need to learn how to smile and actually be nice to the customers instead of having attitudes.

  The concept of building your own personalized pizza is brilliant! It's like Chipotle but pizza. The prices are very reasonable. Quick and great customer service while building your pizza. After you are done building your pizza they would stick it in a brick oven. It's fresh. The crust is always perfect. The specialty drinks are refreshing. FYI: they have gluten free options

  What an awesome alternative to the "usual" pizza others offer. Fresh and flavorful array of ingredients! The offering price is also very competitive versus the bigger chains and quality exceeds them as well. This is a repeat spot for my family and friends. Staff is super friendly and pizzeria is always clean.

  Awesome fresh pizza at a reasonable price. Blaze pizza is one of my favorite places in the new Waterside area. With delicious special pizzas or a build your own, you seriously can't go wrong. I would highly recommend the spicy pizza sauce if you're looking for a little kick on your pizza, although it is not very spicy.
