  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE $50 APPLICATION FEE. I HAVE A PERFECT CREDIT SCORE MAKE OVER $60,000 A YEAR. NEVER BEEN ARRESTED. THEY SUPPOSE TO CALL WITH 24-48 HOURS OF RECIEVEING APPLICATION. NEVER CALLED ME. I CALLED THEM WEDNESDAY AND WAS TOLD I WAS GOING TO ME BACK AT END OF BUSINESS DAY. THEY NEVER DID. I CALLED FRIDAY AND ASK THEY WHY THEY NOT GETTING BACK WITH ME? THEY TOLD THE MANAGER WAS SICK. I WAS CALLED BACK WITHIN 5 MINUTES AND WAS TOLD I WAS DENIED. MY EMPLOYER WAS PAYING THE RENT AND NEVER HEARD FROM BLAIR TOWER. SO APPLY APPLY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

  If I could I would rate 0 star. However I cannot. This place is a nightmare. It started by the fact that I didn't have my apartment on time (and I was moving in from another country, so I had to stay in a hotel paying around 500$ until they find me an apartment - which I had previously applied for!!!). I had chosen to live in a renovated apartment, however, when I moved in they were still fixing stuff, there was no kitchen sink, no microwave, fridge, the walls were not painted, anyways, they hadn't finished the renovation of the apartment I had applied for months ago!!! Actually, after 8 months, I still have issues (the bathtub is full of scratches, disgusting, and that was supposed to be renovated). So, if you are planing to move here, make sure you have an apartment before bringing all your stuff (and I don't know how you will be able to know that, because they never answer the phone nor reply e-mails). The management is far away from efficient, they are very slow in fixing problems and taking care of stuff. Really, the management is horrible and make this place worse!!! You open a work request, and after days they close it because they want to, not because they fixed the problem. The neighbors are very dirty, the elevators always have trash, and SOMEONE URINED IN THE ELEVATOR at least twice. So the neighbors in general are also bad, the hallways are always smelling either marijuana or cigarettes and other stuff that I cannot imagine what it is. The parking lot is not enough for everyone and there are abandoned cars that only now they are trying to get rid of. You ask for pest control, and they will think about if you really need it, and if you do, you'd better have clean neighbors, otherwise they will put the blame on then and will say that they cannot help. The elevator is always not working, you have to wait a lot on hush hours, and they always say they are trying to fix it, but it takes tooooooo long. And on the top of all that, we pay a ridiculous expensive amount for the rent!!! You can find better and cheaper places to live if you have a car, so run away from this place. If you don't have a car and have to work at UT or Le Bounher, I'm sorry for you, but this is your best hit, unfortunately.

  It has been a while since I start living here. I would like to say this is a nice place for a living. Where the management is nice, all employees are nice, friendly and very cooperative. A very comforting environment is one of the things what residents desire I suppose. Today the basic reason that makes me rate Blair Tower is Mr. Robert, we texted him late in the evening assuming he was on duty, because the hallway lights on our floor were out and the hallway was dark and we needed help. He came in the middle of the night and changed those lamps. When we wake up in the morning the hallway was all bright. I never saw a person in my life, scarifying his sleep and doing this only to comfort others. Thank you for your extra effort again Robert. I would also like to thank Emley for being so nice since the day that we came to apply. Monica very busy yet a very nice person. I don't remember the name of the maintenance guy but he is also a nice person. Keep up the good job Blair Ppl!

  I would like to personally thank whoever made recent management changes. I myself deal with people on a daily base and would have to tell you Monica is the best manager that I know. Myself along with others from ut lived here for convenice but were very unhappy due to management now i must say my lease is up in May and i will be signing another contract. Thank you for sending Monica and Emily to Blaor tower.

  Lived here 2 months now. Parking is a nightmare. Neighbors are loud and trashy. Like literally leaving trash all over the building. Funky smells. The dryers in the your unit absolutely refuse to dry clothes. If I had the extra 1600 to buy out my lease, I would. Only good thing about this place is the cute blonde on the fourth floor. Would not recommend this place.
