  The staff is very helpful and they have just about anything you need in stock or will get it in a day or two.

  Bought Tub in Medford. Went to warehouse in Bayport to pick up. Was trying to beat rain and box looked good so I didn't inspect till I got home. Tub had big chip in it. They let me return tub and pick up another which I fully inspected before leaving. Thank you for the great service and standing by your products. Steve F

  I order all of my bathroom and kitchen fixtures from Cheryl; she is nothing short of amazing. She was so kind and patient with my questions. Even after the products were delivered, I had questions she was still giving me the same level of exceptional customer service.   Doing my bathroom renovation at the moment and while I'm not a pro, I can always count on Tommy to help me out. He's been very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. I would have given a 5 star but seems like no matter how many people are behind the counter, it's always only Tommy who handles the line. Eventually, the line builds up and now you have a long wait. But on the whole, I recommend this place.
