Ordered a pizza online at 6:15pm to be delivered at 7:45pm... 8 :15pm comes around and still no pizza. Call the store and the RUDE manager says he can't change anything in his system and tells me that he is new. Called again and got the drivers number, called, no answer. Called the store again to cancel the order and get the info to contact the store owner/management. Was told I can only call between 9-5 and they cannot give the managers information out. The "shift leader" got on the line and proceeded to be very unprofessional about the experience. If I place an order an hour and a half early and don't get any information and the deadline is already 30min passed, something needs to be done. From a customer experience stand point they failed at an epic level. No compassion. No sort of resolution offered, just excuses. I am the customer proposing solutions. I feel bad for the driver that showed up at 20 after 8 and I had to tell him that I cancelled because it was supposed to be here at 7:45. Not his fault. Huge communication and system breakdown. I won't order again until things are taken care of at a management level. SAD.... Just when I thought things were better I was shown otherwise within THIS establishment.a

They messed up my first order much to my annoyance, but made up for it by giving me a credit for a free pizza similar to the initial order. I called tonight and they redeemed my credit and delivered an amazingly delicious pizza. For real, their pizza is really good for being a chain type of restaurant. This will be our go-to chain whenever me and my partner are feeling a pizza night.

I have been ordering from this location for years. Tonight I was told that I'm out of their delivery zone. I explained that I've had delivery many times and asked the man on the phone since when do they not deliver to my address? He said he didn't know. I asked to speak with the manager at that point. I just wanted to know what was going on. He gets back on the phone and says, "okay, she's coming." Then I waited for another minute, then he says, "okay, we're just going to go ahead and deliver to you this one time." I said I'd still like to speak with the manager. That is, after all, her job to handle these types of situations. Roxanne the manager gets on the phone and I asked her since when do you not deliver to my address? She tells me that the computer says that they don't. She says that there are a handful of addresses that are out of the delivery zone, but sometimes they will still deliver? I don't really understand what she was saying. Nobody has ever said that I was out of the zone. Anyway, I asked her to cancel my order in fear that I would have spit in my pizza at this point. She basically hung up on me. Thanks Blackjack! I've eaten you all my life since I grew up in Denver, but never again!

If I could give 10 stars I would! They are ALWAYS so friendly when they answer the phone, always prompt in delivery, delivery person ALWAYS so nice! Pizza, salad, wings perfect everytime! Truly impressed...even when they are busy and shorthanded. Kudos to Blakjacks on Parker Road!!! Thank you and praise to your hardworkers!

It took two hours for them to deliver on a normal night-- after we were quoted 45 minutes. We called twice and they didn't care. Then a manager called back and said they'd put a credit on our account so we figured we'd give them another shot. Except when we called they said there wasn't a credit anywhere and there was nothing they could do. Awesome job, guys! I guess there are enough people with low standards or no better option to keep places like this in business. They were always hit or miss though, on the pizza actually being good. You never knew when you were going to get a grease stained box or congealed cheese that's obviously been sitting since long before you ordered it. Stick with Tony's or basically anywhere else.
