  I've ordered Blackjack at least 1-2x/month for over 5 years, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. It's always been my favorite pizza in Denver. However, tonight, they told us 45 minutes, and it took 2.5 hours. When we called confused, the manager attacked us and was very rude, even raising her voice. It ended up arriving too late for us to even eat it, and the negative customer service experience was enough to make me never want to order it again. :(

  Good pizza! Best around. But they should wear gloves. And the preparer was wearing keys around his neck, which kept toucing the dough he was preparing. But thecstore was clean. The pizza's were tasty good!

  Now hear me out. I've eaten my share of delivery pizza in my day, but the guy from this location who delivered my pizza today was HANDS DOWN the highest person I've ever met. 10/10. Will order again. Pizza was fine.

  I've been stuck at the hospital with a sick kiddo...I ordered out to have a break from hospital food. This BJ location delivered to the room for me. They got the order perfect!!...even with some item changes requested from menu!! The calzone was delicious, salad looked & tasted amazing, soda cold and delivery prompt. The delivery guy was polite & went out of his way to make change for me. I will order again!!
