  I live in Locust Valley and i frankly do not agree with the past reviewers. i've been a customer with Black Tie for the past 11 years and i have yet to experience any problem with them. I have my clothes picked up from a gentlemen named Jim every friday and the lady that works in the front has always been kind to let me know what my bill amount is and when it will be delivered. I also would like to note that the couturier that does my Alteration needs is quite the professional and has been very kind and honest. she has provided me with the utmost customary care and has also provided minor work free of charge. Black Tie will continue to have my business and i thank them for their honest work.

  He comes to my home twice everyweek..also I been using this cleaners for 7years.im a delivery customer. I trust them totally. Jimmy always takes care about my cloths.. My parents living in sea cliff but they using this cleaners because of their well done job.

  Avoid, Black Tie Cleaner, at all costs unless you don't care about your clothes. I brought in seven shirts to be cleaned and one of them was ruined for good. Brought it in the following day, the owner wasn't present and he was to call me the same day. Never called and when I showed up the following day, I was told that "It is not their problem". There are at least 4 bad reviews about this place, Black Tie Cleaner, on google, and unfortunately they are all correct about how bad this place is. I know now to trust google reviews

  Do not use their service. Every single time I sent my clothes for dry clean, either for delivery or pick up, there was ALWAYS at least 2-3 days delay than what they originally promised. And they would use all sorts of excuses to defend themselves such as there was a spot, need extra time blah blah blah. One carefully worn light jacket can take them 7 days, yet they told me it would take only 3 days when I dropped my clothes, can't they make fair estimate when getting the order? ! Why bother if they can't do honest business. I honestly don't know why theis place is still in business, maybe there are too few choice in Glen Cove area.
