  Beers a are pretty good. Not a deep selection but what they have they do well. Food is okay. Atmosphere and decor isn't great. Type of place you bring friends and family to, not necessarily a date.

  Just going to start by saying the food I received was great. Spot on, and good beer. This was 8:44 on Friday May 18th What was upsetting is I did not eat all day and did not receive even sub par services. The waitress seemed shaken up so if something serious and personal happened then I’m sorry for this review. Details -did not even get greeted as I came inside as I didn’t even know if I was suppose to wait to be seated or not. -had to walk back to the hostess area to get seated after some confusion and wasted time. -15 minutes to even get greeted from our waitress, no waters, nothing but an empty table. Beer followed about 5 minutes later. 20 minutes to even get a beer that I almost walked to bar to get served. -33 minutes til we received our first appetizer -As I ate my appetizer I wondered where I should wipe my hands as our waitress did not even put napkins on table, we had to go over to kitchen area and ask for napkins. -final detail unrelated to the service, it was the evening and I wanted to have a relaxing experience, aside from the bad service the area around the bar seemed to have what I felt like spotlights above each table. I literally felt like I was getting a sun tan as the light was so bright it made me feel uncomfortable. I am big on atmosphere and dim lighting to set a dinner mood and this was far from a comfortable dinner experience. I am a business owner and I’d hope someone would go out of there way to give feedback to my company’s services as I do hope this gets to management at the restaurant. I do not plan on going back to this place as I’d be afraid of having the same unpleasant experience.

  Our order came out the wrong way and when we asked to see manager she had a nasty attitude. Her name was Kaitlyn and she was not helpful at all. Not sure how the owners trust their investment in the hands of this “Manager”! The waitress was always pleasant and nice and tried her best to make up for the “Managers” bad attitude !!!!

  Not where to go if you want authentic German food. The food is good! Great place to go for a nice big pretzel. Service is hit or miss. They always seem to be out of the amber beer when I go. They can accommodate really large parties!

  Great authentic German cuisine. Worth a try. Some less than authentic items on the menu as well. I had the farfignugen Cuban sandwich with the best sweet potato fries I've had in my life. Yum. And I don't even like sweet potato fries. Well let me correct myself and say I didn't like them.
