  I have been using Brickell Cleaners for more than ten years and have always found them to be efficient and friendly. I love that they pick up and deliver my dry cleaning. But the reason for this review is to let everyone know about their work ethics. Recently they cleaned an expensive silk comforter for me and somehow in the process it was ruined. We took it back to them and they first tried to clean it again. When that didn't work, without any further discussion or requests from us, they ordered a new one for us from the catalog where we first purchased it. I commend them on their integrity and professionalism. This is how businesses should be run!
