  This store is the absolute worst! First off there are never any carts which means you literally have to follow ppl who are leaving and wait for them to unload which is super creepy and extra!!! The checkout lines are always long no matter what time of day you shop. Trust me I’ve shopped in the store morning, noon, and night. The customer service is terrible! I’ve worked in retail for a long time so I’m pretty understanding to cashiers because I know what comes with the job. But this is a whole new level of terrible customer service. Once I was purchasing cookies from the bakery and tre cashier had an attitude and dropped the cookies all over. She didn’t even apologize or offer to have someone bring more. I had to push my cart full or stuff to the back of the store just to grab cookies. The next few days I came back in and she rolled her eyes whispered to her Co workers. I found that to be extremely rude. I’m currently in the store now and have been in line for 30 mins and the line has not moved. Meanwhile there a a significant amount of workers walking around doing nothing to help the situation. This is my last time shopping at this location and I will be sure to let others know not to shop here either. Don’t waste your time here!

  I have shopped at several BJ's, and this is by far the WORST one. The lines are ridiculously long and go slow as molasses. The cashiers are generally rude. It takes a half hour at least to get out of there. The location in Marble Hill 236th Street is much less crowded and better. Go there instead if you can.

  Love BJ's, because they have some awesome deals. This location is so frustrating. The lines are ridiculously long including the express line. Some of the product variety sucks though. I rather go further to other locations then go here.

  This Bj’s is to my likings. I come here to do most of my wholesale shopping and it’s RARELY their out of the things i need. They never seem to disappoint. Sometimes the lines can be a lil long but they move a decent pace and customer service has always been good.

  Mark was very patient and polite with me over the phone. He went above and beyond in finding an Item I needed before heading to the store and finding out "i" they had any Bluetooth speakers. Outstanding Customer Service!!!!!
