  This location is a lot smaller than the Costco on 117th Street but because this is right off the 1 train at 238 it's just way more convenient to shop here especially for a single person to carry just a few things on the train or bus. I just went to get some snacks but someday when I get back into exercising this will be my go to spot for the individually wrapped Purdue preseasoned chicken breast slices! This is my second time there and I was just blown away at how amazingly friendly the staff is at this location. I had great encounters with the security on the way in...because I didn't see the hours posted anywhere. Then several of the staff around the aisles and the stock guys were knowledgeable and helpful. The biggest wow moment came on my way out when the security guy at the checkout/exit checked my bag and he said "so you're a freelance photographer" I said well kind of I've been out the game, you know fell off the horse and just trying to get back on it, and he replied "you'll get back on!" Wow just so encouraging I really appreciated that. Now back to the products, I was also nicely surprised and impressed that this location has an ETHNIC aisle! They have done a great job of making the local Dominican community feel acknowledged and included as to say "we're here for the entire neighborhood so.......come on down! Literally, it's in the basement. I'll definitely be returning on a regular basis get that protein intake up.

  This BJS is perfect !!! I have shopped at many BJs from New Jersey to New York and this BJs which is hidden away from the public is very well stocked. The times I have shopped there I have not experienced any long lines. . I imagine if there were any lines the employees are so efficient and courteous that the lines would move expeditiously. Hurray I no longer have to go to New Jersey to shop at BJS. This is my favorite BJS .👍👌

  It's easy moving around and car park at the roof means you don't need push the cart far away and this makes a completely great shopping experience

  Not very organized . slow about removing spills and unlike costco people bring the whole village shopping and they open things and play with it. Too many kids playin, take them some where else for entertainment .crowded parking. They bring out paper towel instead of a mop to clean a large spill and a lady comes with a broom .this store is an insult with more self check out than actual cashiers. Dont waste your time costco is better

  This location has to be one of the cleanest, most organized "buy in bulk" stores that I've ever gone too. Everything is neat, orderly and clean. Customer serve is always on par with everyone being friendly and helpful. Usually well stocked. Variety of items to choose from. Prices are great.
