  We ate here on Friday (3/16), and the customer service was fantastic! We were waited on promptly and our order came quickly. However, it was a different pizza than what we had ordered. The Manager personally came to our table and apologized, got us our correct pizza super fast, marked it half off AND sent us home with the incorrect pizza! We could not have asked for better customer service-impressive! Our server was Thomas S., and he was awesome also. Thank you!!

  There is a lot on the menu but I feel like that might be the issue. BJ's food is not very good. Its ether undercooked and cold or over cooked. They haven't really mastered any of the dishes they serve. At my last visit they brought me a pizza that was cold and missing a slice. You read that correctly, literally missing a slice. Everything on the menu is over priced for the quality of food being served. Its usually pretty crowded and requires a wait. They keep the lights pretty dim so its hard to even read the menu when trying to order. The servers are friendly but usually busy so sometime they don't stay on top of refilling drinks or checking up to make sure everything is okay. Maybe others have a different opinion due to how packed the place gets but I continually have a poor experience eating at BJ's.

  A great place to go with a large menu. So no one in your family, no matter how picky they are will go hungry! The portions are typically American huge. Also, the beer options are really nice! They have outdoor seating with misters for warm days. My family has been here at least 5 times and I can see more in the future.
