A wonderfully refreshing nostalgic pie. Thomoso has outdone himself with his Naoplitan style pizza. It's no secret how he produces a flawless pizza pie in his custom built wood burning oven right in front of you. A combination of quality ingredients placed on top of a heavenly dough turn out a true artisan's pizza. Watching the whole process as Thomoso creates the pie and tends to the coals in the oven is like watching a true maestro working his craft. A true delight in downtown Montclair. A very cozy ambience and eager to please staff make this a perfect place for couples as well as for business meetings. I recommend you call ahead to verify their hours and days open. Bon appetite! Jeff

Lol..don't pay any attention to Millie Rodriguezs review...my guess is that they give 5 stars to dominos and the olive garden lol.. My family is off the boat Italian..I've eaten it all here and in Italy. Bivio is worth the hype. Best pizza I've ever eaten.

I can not find words to explain how overrated this place is. I saw this restaurant in a magazine called “The Pizza Issue” and let me explain how the pizza WAS the issue. There were very limited options of pizza and my family and I decided to go with the Magarita selection or in other words the pool of tomato sauce selection. The slices we’re small the bread was burnt and anything ontop of the bread slid off. We paid 50 dollars for three waters and two orders of margarita pizza. Please take your money else where unless you want it thrown in the gutter

Its like art on a plate you get to enjoy. Its my benchmark to where all others are judged doesnt matter what country I am in and that includes Italy.

Been here twice, probably the most quality restaurant in Montclair. The owner is super knowledgeable about real pizza and puts lots of love into his craft. Fresh ingredients, amazing food. Try the special pizzas, nothing but fantastic experiences with those, even the ones that sound a bit unusual on first thought. Bring good Italian wine.
