  Dr Bittel and the staff go out of their way to make sure my experience is pleasant from check in to the time I leave. Dr Bittel cares about his patients and takes the time to answer questions I may have about my eyes.

  Awesome experience! Dr Bittel was very concerned and I was seen as an emergency. They made sure I was brought in immediately. Staff was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this eye care office. My care was their top priority.

  I’ve been a long time patient at this office. Both Dr Bittels are very knowledgeable. I’ve had several eye problems and the office has gotten me in the same day. I’ve even called on a Saturday and even though the doctor is not in, the friendly staff gets in touch with Dr Bittel. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are not just a number. I wouldn’t trust my eye care to any other practice.

  Will never go there again TOTAL RIPE OFF Charge me over $208.80 for a eye exam .Plus my insurance cover $50.00 Watch out for that they do. The contact where $50.00 .

  So disappointed. I have heard so many great things about this place but when I called with questions they were so short with me. Basically because I was not buying glasses instantly and trying to find out if insurance would help at all they didn’t want to give me any info or explain anything to me. I have never had glasses before so this is all brand new to me. I did call eyetique and they were so nice and helpful to explain the script that the Bittel gave me but didn’t want to explain.
