  I went to this office last week. The blonde lady at the front desk and the girl who explained the procedure was really nice and helpful. The only problem I had was that the girl who did IV (Christina) poked me more than 3 times after claiming she had years of experience. I have bruises on my arm because of it. After the IV was done I heard gossip from the staff complaining about their job and talking bad about their manager. Dr. Levy was the best, can't wait to see him in his own office for my future gyn.

  I went to this office on Thursday. First of all, the wait was too long and every time I was asking how much longer, they kept telling me they short on staff. The staff seemed very inexperienced. While I was sitting in the room by myself with no phone, I could hear gossip between employees who called their managers names like old and ugly-which is very unprofessional. And they poked me like 10 times in order to find my vein. None of the doctors Id visited had problems before with finding it. Instead of gossiping, the employees should take care of the patients as well as cleaning the office. I'm so sorry but I don't recommend anyone going here.

  I'm 39 years old now, I have 4 children, around 11 years ago I got pregnant. My youngest child was 11 months and going through a divorce I decided to have an abortion in this place, at that time did not know what to do, so many problems. After some time I remarried but Can't have babies anymore don't know what happened in there but after that abortion can't get pregnant.

  I was 23 weeks pregnant and I came in here with my mom. I had a question, so I went to the front desk and the lady got the manager for me. I waited over 30 minutes for the manager to come and see me about my question. She didn’t even say hi and was very rude to me. She also didn’t know anything about my situation or question I had asked. She gave me a blank look as if she had no idea what I was talking about. Since no one knew what to do, I told my mom to leave and we went to safe and sound for help. The staff over there were way better and more experienced at their job.

  The doctor and staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating! The only issue I had was the wait time. My appointment was at 9 but my procedure wasn't until 1230ish, but I do understand that it is a doctor's office and other appointments before me can take more time than expected, it just made me more anxious than I initially was. Overall though, I was very pleased with my care there!
