  A niche little bakery a couple of blocks from the Grand Central Terminal. With filling breakfast sandwiches and specialty drinks and coffees, it is well worth a trip.

  I just discovered this place and the food is delicious the staff are very welcoming and friendly and the music is amazing!!!!!

  In a paper cup, I received my ladled hot cocoa with a corner of large white cubed marshmallow peeking above the surface. For those who have never had a homemade marshmallow before, this drink is a must try. The chocolate was rich, and the marshmallow was not overly sweet. The space is really nice with outdoor seating and not overly busy on a weekday. However, I asked the staff member about what made Birdbath green, and she offered a mediocre answer about using recycled materials and very little detail beyond general language that reminded me of green-washing.

  Wonderful experience. The best Birdbath location of the three I have tried. The staff was exceptionally friendly and pleasant, easy to ask questions and generous with servings. The salads were great, and they had many of my favorites (the red cabbage salad, the vegetarian kale salad, the pretzel crusted chicken and the mushroom pasta salad). All of the salads were fresh and delicious. This location has A/C thankfully, since other locations don't, which makes all the difference in the summer. The store can be accessed through the lobby of the office building on either 44th or 45th st. Definitely recommended​.
