  They sell machines that doesn't thoroughly clean your clothes. The machine has only one wash cycle and 4 rinse cycles. I wash my continue to wash my clothes on 2 of the rinse cycles to make sure they are clean. When I call the company to get a clear understanding of how these machines work, I'm getting the run-around. I'm told a "technician" will get back to me but there is no such person. No one gets back to me. I'll be in touch with the better business bureau if Don't get answers soon.
