  I have donated in several states for about 15 years on and off, and this is by far the best one I've ever donated at. The staff members are courteous, and organized. Very clean facility.

  From my experience, the medical screeners are professional and efficient. As far as the donation floor, most of the phlebotomists, to some extent are rough and aggressive when sticking; therefore, I only have two phlebotomists that I will allow to stick me because they are gentle (Thank u Chanelle and Caroline). The gentleman who receives the plasma (I wish I knew his name) is just downright mean and very very rude (and I will be calling to file a complaint on that employee). Overall, Biomat Grifols is by far one of the most efficient donation center I frequent.

  The quickest plasma center I've been to yet. Good professional staff. Give them no problems they give you no problems. Don't go up in there acting like you somebody. Donate, get some money and leave that's all there is to it.

  I have been coming to this location for a few years. never been treated bad at all, but I sure do want to say thank you to the new lady Tamara on the floor she goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and even after the stick she still walks by to give you the thumbs up and a smile to make sure your okay great a job Tamara no one ever checked on us before make sure you ask for her on your next visit

  Best plasma center in fort worth fast and the sticks be on point staff believe in taking care of there people every weight gets the same pay i would recommend them and the ASSISTANT MANGER chloe is the best love seening her smiling face and remember your name every time
