  Really great staff always super helpful. Any time I have an issue it's always solved quickly and efficiently especially when terry is manager for the day! He's always super cool and has helped me more than any other grifols employee! Today's actually his Birthday and he's still here didn't call off like a lot of people would and I respect that. Ms Kathy is also super nice and very helpful

  I have been a donor here for two and half years, I am really disappointed how all the old employees that use to work here have left because now we have you g folks that clearly didn't pay attention in school, and must have had others do the work for them. I came here today because I needed extra cash and only to get turned away twice. First time was because they ran out of supplies, so I rescheduled and came back a later time only to be turned away again due to same reason and they told me that they didn't know what time their supplies would arrive. I went ahead and called them to take me off their files because of the unprofessionalism and reluctantly the employees about it. I take customer service and care very serious. Plus not to mention I came herebefore and both nurses stocked me with the needle to draw plasma out and almost blew up my vein, and the other missed the vein entirely and even said she did only to move the needle around in my arm and still miss. I'm going to find a better donor center because this one is bound to be inexistent soon.

  After an hour and a half of waiting I asked why I hadn't been call I was told there was a glitch and just like that my name disappeared? and that I would be allowed to be next, well I was only added to the list. And when I told this to a girl on the back she said that she would see me right away but the younger girl in charge which is not always in charge decided to ignore me and let me waiting another hour, there were over 10 people that kept looking at me and who knew I got there there before they did and I was being ignored again because this girl felt in power how sad and wow I rather don't go back to keep getting mistreated by her ego. This isn't the first time she mistreats me. I always wait as much as needed without saying a word but to let me wait over two hours while I'm telling you to ask how it was not my fault and that I have things to do but you ignore me because you think you can just ignore me ok. I can just walk out and not comeback and respect me if u don't know how to respect your donors.

  Should have been 0 stars. Two hours of my time I will never get back. Go if you want your time wasted with no pay.

  It was a great experience and all the staff are really friendly and break it down for you on the whole procedure and how it works! It’s not painful at all and plus your helping people out. I will be coming back to donate some more. Time goes by quick . Bring some earphones with you to pass time on your phone.
