  Since the time I decided that I wanted a new wig, chavi communicated with me to figure it my price range, color, style etc. she even offered to open the store after hours for me since she knew my time in NY was limited! When I did make it into the store chavi greeted me with a few wigs she had set aside special for me. The store was extremely busy but Chavi devoted her full attention to me for an hour plus while I tried on multiple wigs. She gave me honest and constructive feedback, and was extremely patient and gracious throughout the entire encounter. When I chose a wig, baby hair was added and a wonderful cut was done on the spot! Chavi ensured that I knew how to wear, set and style my wig, and told me that I can contact her regarding it whenever I need. As far as the wig goes it is incredibly comfortable and beautiful, I have gottten many, many compliments on it already. I have 4 other wigs and this is by FAR my favorite. It looks and feels incredibley natural and I feel absolutely beautiful in it. I can’t wait until I can buy another one :)

  I bought a wig for my wife, she was very happy. Excellent service and beautiful store.
