  Once again the Biltmore delivered with exceptional food and extremely kind and patient staff as I attended an event today. Unfortunately, they couldn't show off Sunny South Florida as it has been raining for over a week straight. But the weather did not dampen the spirits of the employees and they were extremely bright and cheerful as they help get everything straightened out, get all the people in the right room, and ensure that everything was working as planned. I had to take at least one star away though because it was absolutely freezing and all of the rooms where we were meeting.

  Worst hotel experience ever. A $50 dollar a night motel could do better than this. Rude and useless staff. The TV wasn't working and nobody came to fix it. The breakfast was disgusting. The staff at the pool was also incredibly rude. The manager, Liliana Garcia, was really obnoxious and dishonest. Room service never came, even after we reminded them. Just don't go...

  It must have been great when the black & white pictures in the halls were taken and it may well be great again. Built at the same time as the Breakers, no comparison. Halls are narrow and tired looking. Our suite's bedroom was simple.........as for a monk. Air conditioning is a problem as it either blows or it doesn't. That said. Staff is wonderful and the place is immaculate. We had dinner in the courtyard and it was wonderful too. I wish someone very rich would sink $100 million or so into this lovely property.

  Beautiful classic hotel with all the anemeties of a 5 star country club under one roof. The pool is massive and crystal clear (they said it is the largest single pool of any US hotel) and the outdoor poolside food and drinks are a real treat. Golf course is superbly maintained and Golf Carts are new. The view of Miami from above the lobby is truly breathtaking. Legitimate 5 star brunches with a world famous Chef was fantastic as was the wine pairings. Best place in Miami to have your vacation!

  I love this hotel, and have probably stayed here 7 or 8 times. The fitness facility and restaurants are amazing. But more so, on this trip, my luggage was lost by my airline. The Concierge suggested we stop by the pool bar for a drink or two to relax, and by the time we got back upstairs, the number of personal amenities that they had delivered to our room, was shocking. It is lovely to feel looked after like this.
