::administration is very nice and tries hard, and the dental assistants are very empathetic and nice people. the actual dentist however kept talking about my conditions and teeth as if i wasn't in the room. It was super impersonal. It honestly made it hard for me to know and understand whats going on, because i had to keep asking him about the specifics of all the things i needed to work on, one of which was a wisdom tooth pulling. I work, and the dentist seemed to assume since i'm going to a clinic for those who don't make enough money to pay for their insurance, i must not make the effort to work at all in life, so I can just get my wisdom teeth pulled whenever, and it "ain't no thing". I will honestly say that the main dentists take on a borderline sociopathic approach to treating people here, since he listed off a bunch of fancy terms, and didn't seem to give one iota in relaying any information over to me, so i can understand whats actually going on in my mouth, and start taking measures to get everything fixed. I shouldn't have to play forensics with my dentist, but of course, i can't afford to go to a fancy dental place where people actually "care" about their patients. While i was there, they did have to deal with some interesting people that didn't seem to understand normal processes when going to a medical practitioner of any sort, and that made waiting in the lobby a pretty awkward too. which isn't their fault, but they definitely relay the same judgement from those who can't handle themselves in normal situations, to those who clearly can and are willing to take actual action to save their teeth.

::Dentist was quick and painless- had 2 molars out in less than 10 minutes and I didnt feel a thing...and Ive suffered dental problems my entire life. I recommend.

::Had Kaiser dental for years and had to deal with long waits, rude technicians and expensive co-pays. Just started going to Billi Odegaard clinic and I have zero complaints, the staff are wonderful, the wait time is appropriate and their work is excellent! Edit: okay now I have one complaint, the dentist I saw was rude and a poor listener. I still love my hygienist and the people at the front desk!

::I had a great experience, for this clinic, this time. I have been there in the past and was turned off at the "get them in and out approach." It was different this time. I felt more important. Plus they did a much better job on my teeth.
