  Disrespectful. I found a solicitation flyer in my front door from this company, literally inches from the NO SOLICITING sign I have next to said door.

  No integrity. This guy is an ATTORNEY!! He is probably fine for cutting your grass but DO NOT hire him for building retaining walls. Mud all over my driveway and he initially refused to do it over... It's still not right. He doesn't know how to fix it. And he says he is going to sue me. Swell. A contractor who is an attorney. Let the buyer beware! He is a nightmare! Many verbal threats about his lawyer skills. I will share photos.

  While they were very friendly and able to get us on the schedule very quickly, unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service received. First, we asked if we needed to have our Invisible Fence flagged for aeration as we had never had the service before. We were told that wouldn’t be necessary. The aeration service did end up cutting through the Invisible Fence which required a $95 repair. When we called to see what resolution might be possible through Bill Mar, we were told the fence must have been installed incorrectly. I had a service technician come out from the fence company to repair the damage and he confirmed the line was buried four inches deep which I was told is standard. In hindsight, I’m surprised they said not to flag. Second, their equipment to power edge was broken and they said they would return the next day to complete the service. They then reached out the following day to say the service would occur the following week. No one came the following week either and we didn’t hear from anyone. It had rained a couple of days that week and perhaps their equipment was still broken but I was disappointed not to receive any updates. I ended up canceling the service and scheduled it with another company. The third concern was the quality of the mow. They did ask us to flag the sprinklers for the planned edging but then the flags were in the way of the mower so they simply mowed around them, leaving areas of tall grass around the flags as the final product. Maybe that’s a standard practice but our yard did not look as polished as I expected from a professional lawn care service. They have obviously received other complimentary reviews so I’m inclined to believe our experience was atypical. As a positive, they completed a power rake service which we were satisfied with. Unfortunately the rest of our concerns outweighed that one service and we will not be using them again.
