  I started at this studio as a true novice having never practiced yoga. The top notched instructors helped me learn the basics and continue to help me improve and "tweak" my form months later. They offer an excellent variety of classes and each yogi has something different to offer. Great studio and even better people. Namaste.

  Amazing teachers, they're professional and personable. The owners are very kind and generous. You feel like family when you're there. Very clean and friendly warm staff. I love this studio, its really a life changing experience having gone there.

  Top of the line facility. Perfect heat and humidity in winter. Great teachers and friendly staff. Fun Bikram studio like the way it used to be. Traditional classes.

  I moved to this area in June, I have been practicing Hot Yoga for the past 11 years. I have practiced in many different studios in NY and in the US as I travel I love taking different classes. Yesterday I took the WORST class ever. The instructor was antagonizing and rude. I took his class a few weeks before and figured I give him one more shot. First off, an hour class is supposed to be just that: ONE HOUR. He strolled into the class at 12:05. Obviously not respecting anyone’s time. Then he proceeded to start the class and call people names. lazy, CLub med , and antagonizing a first time student. Comments like how much coffee did you drink this morning.. don’t drink water.. picking on this poor girl Gracie the whole time...This is exactly the opposite of what YOGA and practicing stands for. I understand he is in love with himself and thinks he’s Barkan, however we come to class for peace and should not be ridiculed and embarrassed. In my ELEVEN years practicing I have never seen someone so nasty. I tried to stay as much as possible but he continued to talk down and pick on people, so I took my mat and proceeded to leave his class early. I was aggravated enough. As I walked out, he asked me if I knew the class is an hour, and what was I doing. I proceeded to tell him that I despised his style and I thought that he was nasty and that I was leaving. Honestly, instead of having a nice practice I was so upset. I looked down at time and it was 1:03, the class should have ended but they were not even at the closing series. He had at least ten minutes to go. Bottom line is, had he come in and stared on-time and not chastised people and kept to the series the class would be an hour as it should be. I would never ever take his class EVER! His name is Aldi and teaches a few classes at this studio. People should be aware!!

  Great find. Clean, organized. There are a few instructors that I follow around the island and they fortunately teach here.
