  This place saves my sanity after commuting to south-bay 3+ hrs/day. Instructors are dedicated to the yoga & Pilates practices. Place is always clean & provides amenities such as hand towels which I haven't seen anywhere else. Staff is very helpful.

  Great Bikram studio for a few reasons, teachers are strong, the temperature is as hot as it should be and the studio is well maintained, bit pricy and sausage heavy though, could do with a bar

  They have added Hot Pilates class which is a great way for additional exercise as opposed to doing yoga only. I love the frequent class schedule. The earliest class starts at 6AM and the last one starts at 8PM. Awesome yoga instructors. Most of them are excellent. Friendly and helpful staff too!

  What a joke, this place smells like a stable and the staff is aggressive as hell. They only care about charging you money. Good luck getting that nail fungus cured after you get it at this studio.

  The teachers only care about themselves, which is how the students behave as well. You will never improve at yoga if you come here. The teachers are too self-involved to care about people who are struggling or who want to improve. The community is a bunch of gentrified yuppies who just love to sweat in a near-naked state. No one here has a shred of humility or an ounce Of dignity. They're just trying to turn you into sheep that will eventually become cashcows. Everything here is so expensive, especially mat hire. Avoid at all costs. Go to Bikram yoga in north beach instead, which has been around much longer.
