  Great staff ... supportive and encouraging ... they take the time to talk to whomever approaches them even answering the most mundane questions. The restrooms, showers and sitting area are well maintained. The studio is large however, can be crowded on their community day (Thursday). They keep their website updated with classes and don't just practice Bikram.

  I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was. After my first class, the owner already knew my name. She always greeted me with a smile. It seems small but after a long, stressful day, it really makes a difference. Also the instructors are aware of their new students and allow them to work at their own pace. I would recommend this studio to anyone! :-)
