::I took in my 2017 fuel EX8 for some minor adjusting and the bike was also making some creaking sounds which had me worried. I spoke with Eddie the store manager and explained all my concerns then he appointed me to his awesome mechanic Louise Whitman who was very professional and knowledgeable with mountain bikes. He had great insight on where to start with most of my problems. Picked the bike up 4 days later and it feels like brand new! Major props go out to bike world on Broadway and their entire staff. Very professional courteous and understanding when it comes to the customers concerns.

::The service here is wonderful. The staff is friendly and has helped me look for a bike for my 4 year old son in the past. We got a balance bike that was well made. Now that he is 5 years old I started looking for a bike with pedals. The bikes they have are good quality. The staff was able to answer my questions and printed out the model of bike for me. I have also brought in bikes for maintenance and they have done a great job as well.
