  Great customer service, specially from George. He took care of every single detail and made sure i was comfortable. Definitely that's the place to go !

  I got a flat tire once, and I took my bike to Bike Tech. They charged me for installing a new tube. Very soon after that (a matter of days), I got another flat (same tire). I went to Bike Tech again. They commented on how "those things happen," and they charged me for installing another new tube. The third time, not long after that, I decided enough is enough. I took my bike to a small bike shop in the middle of Coconut Grove that's been in business there for many years. I told the owner about the multiple flats. He told me to come back in half an hour. When I came back, he said the bike had a small wire sticking out that had been puncturing the tubes. He charged me less than Bike Tech for fixing the problem and replacing the tube, and the tire hasn't gone flat since. This goes to prove that a bike shop can have the nice big showroom with shiny new bikes and slick-talking salespeople. But what really counts is whether they treat customers with respect, and most importantly, with honesty. Obviously, based on the other reviews here, many Bike Tech customers have had positive experiences... or maybe they just haven't noticed yet that they've been screwed!

  I recently bought a Specialized bike at Bike Tech for my son. Jay Gaspar helped me out. Super cool guy and very professional. He helped me decide what size and trim level was better for my son. Jay knows his stuff. Will recommend to all my friend. Thank you Jay !!

  I had never been into biketech before, i always just passed by. I’m glad that I did because it’s a great store. Stocked with everything I was looking for and the employees were a great help, they even offered me coffee. I will definetly be shopping there again. They have amazing prices. 2 Thumbs up Bike Tech.

  This is definitely the best cycling shop! The service couldn’t be any better. I called them because I was interested on a bike and the next day it was at the store, I bought all my gear here with the best prices... never buying these things online again, better deals at the store.
