  I have been touring on my bicycle since May 1st of last year. I logged 5846 miles. Also I'm 65 years Young . I had purchased merchandise from Bike Shop Hub previously. I decided to hang out in Tucson Arizona for the winter and to start touring again May 1st 2018. I needed a part for my ortlieb handlebar bag. For some reason it's a difficult part to get. So when I searched on the internet Bike Shop Hub came up. And I was so glad that they had the part then to my amazement I found out they were in Tucson also. So I proceeded to go to their shop. I met with Matt. who is a really a great guy and really likes his job. He just strike me as the kind of guy that cared. He listened to what my needs were. And explain to me about the company and how they can accommodate me when I'm on the road touring. When you make your order I guarantee Matt will see that you get the best price fast delivery and take a little extra care to accommodate you. I'm doing this review because I'm a customer for life with bike shop hub. Keep doing what you're doing cuz it works for me.

  I ordered the wrong part to charge my cyglolite. It got worked out with a phone call with Matt. Matt helped me find a hard-to-find usb cord and he shipped the right item to me pretty fast. I'm a quite satisfied customer. Thank you so much!

  Made a pannier order online on 9/29/17. My card was charged $202 and change. Now on 10/13/17, still no email, no bags, no response to multiple calls and messages over a week. Set up a charge dispute claim with Mastercard. Shocking. Sadly, this is my worst online shopping experience ever. [10/17/17 Update: Correct panniers finally arrived in the mail, which is good; however, no response to multiple messages; no confirmation/delivery emails or communications of any kind. This will be my only purchase with Bikeshophub.]

  Great place to visit both in person or online! Check out their special sales table if you visit. They can find components and parts that work best with your gear. They'll also help you with installation and warranty issues. Highly recommended!
