  Do not go here unless you enjoy wasting your own time and money. I brought a pair of pants in to be hemmed a few inches on Wednesday the 17th. I tried them on in the cleaners and they were measured and pinned. I returned on Monday the 21st, the pickup time I was given, and the man working there had forgotten to give them to the tailor so they were not ready. I was told to return on Wednesday the 23rd. I did and when I got home the pants were nowhere near short enough, despite being assured that they would not touch the ground. I was honestly unsure if they had even been hemmed at all. I went back and tried them on again and had them re-pinned and was told they would be ready on Saturday the 26th. I returned that day to pick them up and was told that the tailor had left some of the hem un-sewn and that they won't be ready until Wednesday the 30th. After all of this, I still had to pay full price, which was not cheap. The employee didn't seem to take any accountability for the delay and was not willing to give a discount despite the shoddy work and extreme waste of time. It shouldn't take almost two weeks and 4 different trips to the dry cleaner to get a pair of pants hemmed, especially for what Bijan is charging. I did not even receive a call to let me know they were not ready, and discovered it each time I went there to pick up. Once these pants are done, I will certainly not be returning.

  Very friendly, reliable, and courteous. I have been going to Bijan for three months and my dry cleaning has been ready early every time and the quality of service has been excellent. The rates are competitive for the area.
