  They have a very bad customer service. I was went up to there other store at Saratoga the people’s much better then this one. I was just try to get a chocolate cake they have made on the daily. Because I stop by the Saratoga store they sold out. So I was try to call them made sure they have it then I come. First Lady told me they don’t carry chocolate cake at store, I just ask her try to ask other people they will know it. She just hang up on my phone call. So, I call back second time other lady, I told her what happen before, she told me they only carry chocolate mousse cake only, I told her because of there other store they sold out of it, that is why I try to made a call first to made sure they still have it before then I come. And they are customers service providers they should know all the selling items, if not they should ask people before they said no. So , second lady put me on hold never back. And she told me she is the store manager.

  Tasty bakery items. I was stunned to see Polish kolachkees(?) here in San Jose. :) Definitely recommend stopping by if u want a quick bite and coffee but don't want to go to Starbucks again

  Nice place to grab a pastry or cookie. They have an extensive collection of goodies. They also make great coffee drinks. Some street parking close by but limited, like most of downtown San Jose you have to find a parking garage and then walk to your destination. However if you're already there for Christmas in the Park or one of the other activities in the walking areas of downtown San Jose it's nice to stop and grab a treat here. I recommend the bow cookies the most those are the things that are different enough that you don't find them at every single pastry store and so they're fun to get. they also do some incredible cakes which I've never had for an event but they do have an extensive collection of the photos of the cakes they've made and even some models of the cakes they've made and they are very impressive to see.

  I loved everything I bought. I bought pastries and fruit tarts. I didn't taste or buy a cake, but they are gorgeous. The staff was very kind. Prices were normal for this type of product. I will return and recommend stopping in, especially if you are staying at the Fairmont.

  Indeed very European style desserts and coffee shop. Coffee is tasty, and the raisin cookies are bit dry. Great location nice decor. Pleasant for quick bite lunch or afternoon teatime just relaxing in between the walks in downtown San Jose.
