  Very nice people from the first phone call through the follow up visit. I had issues with my truck and had tried several other locations. Big Shop took care of my problem and my truck is running the way it should. The only negative thing I can say is that there are no restaurants or shopping nearby, but that is no fault of Big Shop.

  Good guys doing great work. . Will soon be bringing them another truck for their services. Many times more reliable engine. Huge power improvements. No more heat issues. Crazy better mpg if driven properly. Most importantly, no more down time for stupid egr emissions related issues.

  Very knowledgeable I had 6 holes in the bottom of my fuel tank where someone tried to steel fuel I arrived and got me right in I asked them to check a small leak and found out that my previous oil change someone used an impact gun on the drain plug they ordered my new oil pan and installed it promptly . They where thorough and more than happy to meet my needs. When I go out there I will be getting more work done to my truck if need be.

  I think Big Shop is a professionally well run shop with the technology and know how that got me back on the road fast. Their customer service is second to none--complete with easy access to the facility, well maintained gravel lot, plenty of trailer parking space, minimal wait time to get started on your repairs, a large and comfortable waiting lounge and kitchen with beverages, and they are flexible (when possible) in helping the drivers get to nearby accommodations. They work with your budget, and also can trick your truck out with lots of specialty items. What meant the most to me is they didn't charge me over their estimated price. Thank you Big Shop, good job.

  Excellent shop. Called ahead and they got us right in. Did extensive work in good time. Fair pricing. Repair was excellent haven't had any problems since. Thank you big shop!!!
