  Jenny was awesome. She offered me several options for the repair of my jeep. She helped me prioritize which repairs needed to be done for the safety of my vehicle and which I could set for next month. I have been back twice and already for next month. Her detailed knowledge was exceptional and what she did not know she knew who to ask. I would highly recommend asking for her when you go in.

  Car was running rough. They said change the spark plugs so 90 dollars later it was worse. They said change the PC valve there is PC valve on my car. The plastic cover on my engine needed replaced they said. 700 dollars later nothing has changed. They wanted to replace the ball joints on my girlfriends van and the only problem was one of the front tires. Buyer beware! !!! Took it back in and they seem to have fixed it. car runs way better now but the check engine light is still on. weird...

  I've used this Big O several times over the years for oil changes, and now for tires. I needed 2 new front tires, and the back tires flipped on the rims. I clearly explained the situation, and was assured it would be done. My wife picked up the car, and I noticed the next day that I had forgot to tell them that the spare was on the front because one of the tires that needed to be replaced had had a flat, and was in the trunk. I called them, and they said they still had the old tires, and would give me back my spare tire, and switch the new one to the normal rim. When I came back in, the lady at the front new exactly which tire I needed back immediately, and I made the comment that I was surprised that the tech didn't make a comment about a nearly brand new spare coming off of the tire. She replied, "Well they just get going, and don't really think about what they're doing." So, no surprise after I clearly asked for the spare tire to be put on the spare rim, to come back and find out they put my new tire on the spare rim, and the spare tire on the regular rim (shouldn't be that difficult). I was also pretty chaffed when I came home and found they never flipped the tires on the rims in the back as well. I decided to come back in a third time, and thankfully after explaining again what was necessary the gentleman to care of it all.

  Waiting area is clean and simple, staff is cordial and somewhat willing to share their tire knowledge. Brought my car in for a alignment. Daryl was my tech to get my car dialed in for my new winter tires. I could tell after about 45 minutes with my car on the alignment rack that there was possible trouble. Daryl came into the waiting area to tell me to be patient. The alignment was so far off that it was going to take more time. Specifically the previous Big O tire didn't set the Camber at all (very long story) and the rear toe was so far out of spec that he needed help to get everything back in spec. After several hours Daryl had me dialed in and ready for my new winter tires. The wait was worth the peace of mind and Daryl's attention to detail was exactly what I needed! Daryl earned a 10 star review if it's possible. I was once a mechanic in my youth and spent years in automotive management. I know the ins and outs of this business The​ alignment rack was archaic and in shambles. The air Jack's barely worked even after messing with them for almost 15 minutes each time he needed to remove the wheels With the knowledge and experience he could have had it done in 1/3 of the time with a fully operational and calibrated alignment rack. Help you employees and customers be more efficient. Time is money! Thank you Daryl for a great job!
