  Went here twice in a month. Once because it looked as if my front tires were not level and the other for a brake issue. Both times they looked into my issues and were 100% honest with me because they did not find any problems. I feel as if some shops in the valley would have sold me on something but not these guys!! I recommend them to anyone looking for some honest mechanics. Thank you Fellas!!

  Trusted tire shop in Phoenix. Have had several cars aligned here as well as new tires purchased and installed here. Quality of work is good, they stand behind their service, and even the little things show a pride in ownership like a nice waiting area and the customer bathroom is nice and clean. Fair prices, too, as other reviewers have noted.

  My first time here. Nicest experience ever at a car service place. Everyone was pleasant. I mentioned how I was told about a coupon online but couldn't find it and they were nice enough to pull the coupon for me ( or just give me the discount). I have already referred people to this location and will continue to do so. Great experience.

  Been a customer here for years. We actually drive all the way from North Peoria because they are so great. Not all Big-O locations are equal; the franchise owners and management team here are exceptional and I do not think it is possible to get bad service. If anyone thinks they had a bad experience here it might be that they were bad customer... 😁

  The first time I visited Big O I sensed a peaceful feeling. I have been back several times and I know why I felt that way-- It's the people who work there. They are polite, helpful, listen well, and have the right answers. The service is impeccable. I trust these people completely. It's is my go to place for auto care.
