I normally don’t come to this location because I live 40 mins away. I happened to be in town and needed an oil change. The wait time at this place is usually pretty long when I come in. I got the oil change and was told I needed new break pads so I had that done as well. When I drove my car home I noticed my breaks started screeching. I called the shop and they told me to come down and take a look. I drove 40 minutes again and waited a long time only to be told the only thing they could do was shave down the routers. They did that and I was happy from the service. When I drove it home again it was starting to screech still and if anything was worse. I called and was told to bring it in again(another 40min trip). This time I was there from 11am to 2pm and they still didn’t check the breaks so I told them to just take the car down. This will definitely be my last time coming to this location. I was extremely shocked by the service I received following up to that day and my breaks still sound horrible.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. They will work with you to try to get you the best price. The tires I ordered arrived a little later than expected, but I was getting a deal with good people so it evens out. Try to get here when it's not busy, or you might have to wait a bit.

I own a 2006 chevy 2500 HD crew cab long bed. I took my truck in to have the steering box replaced and when i picked it up i ask Tom the assistant manager, if they did a alignment job and he said no because my truckwas too long for their rack. I asked him what about the numerous other times i've paid for an alignment. He said that they just eyeballed it. So if you own a fullsize truck dont go there for a alignment and if you had your fullsize truck align there you got robbed.

Thank you everyone... for accommodating me just before closing...on a Friday at that! A low tire pressure warning light led me to your shop. I was still concerned after your technician put air in it, and he put my mind at ease by taking the time to check for a leak, which he found was caused by the valve being damaged. Well worth the $10 spent. Thanks again guys!
