So happy with this place! I made my appointment a few days in advance, so my car was started shortly after I arrived. They are very professional and great with communication throughout the process. I was advised of any further repairs that may need done, and treated with respect. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Punctured a tire on Saturday evening. As it was slowly leaking air, I called Big O and they told me to come drop off the car before the tire went flat and they would get to it first thing Sunday (they were closing up when I called). They contacted me early Sunday morning as promised and repaired the tire quickly at a very reasonable price. Very positive experience here - I'll be back.

4 new tires and an oil change. I believe I got a good price, good product, and good service. I enjoy relying on this store to do a good job and keep an eye out for the best service for my car and my pocketbook.

I just visited this business for the first time today. Fair warning - this was a horrible experience and I recommend going anywhere other than this business. I'm giving a lot of details below because I want to back up my claim of poor service and help other customers avoid a bad experience. The tire of my wife's Nissan has had a slow leak - after adding air every couple of days for several weeks I went to Big O Tires in Ahwatukee, AZ to get the tire repaired today. I arrived at 12PM and they said it would take an hour or two due to the wait - no issue. As this business is only about 3/4 miles from my house I decided to just leave the car and walk home - they said they would call when the car was ready. At 3:30 they still had not called. When I called they said "We just started working on it, it should be ready in 30 minutes." I reminded them that it was just a quick tire patch, but the extra wait was fine and I'd walk over at 4 PM. I gave them some extra time and arrived at 4:45 PM - I noticed that the car was still parked in the same space I'd left it, without having moved (sorry, I parked really crooked!). When I went inside there was only 1 person waiting and nobody to greet me. When someone finally came out they were initially confused, and then said my wife's car was "the next one in." I asked why it should take 5 hours to fix a tire and they said they were really busy. I asked them why they told me over the phone that the "black Nissan Rogue with a tire repair on the left-rear tire" was being worked on at 3:30 and they said it was a different car. At that point I was understandably frustrated and I asked for an apology for the poor service and they refused, saying they had just been busy. I pointed out that this was undeniably poor service - 5 hours for a tire repair with multiple false promises, and the gentleman started to get sarcastic, saying he wasn't going to apologize, but they were going to work on the car right away. At that point I lost my temper (sorry!) and asked for my 'f&$king keys back', saying I would go elsewhere and leave them a negative review. He gave me the keys and said "fine" - still refusing to apologize for anything. As I said - not a good experience, but one that could have been mitigated by honesty and a sincere apology. I shouldn't have lost my temper or swore, but there is a conscious choice by a business to not hold a high standard of professionalism and consideration for their customers. But hey - at least I got some exercise from the mile and a half walk!

Went to Big O because my steering became sloppy and vibrations when turning. Had an 8 inch bulge on front right tire. Got a good deal on "buy two, get two 'free'." Still had to pay for all the extras like balancing, alignment, etc. Didn't have good experience with their own brand in the past, so I went with an other brand. Like the handling of the new tires much better. Courteous staff. They won't try to sell you something you don't need.
