  Horrible ownership. A bunch of scammers. They closed down the location near me and are making me jump through hoops to cancel my membership despite numerous attempts. They breached the contract and are giving me a hard time to cancel membership that was only for 1 year. Its been over 2 and they still keep taking money out of my account

  I joined this gym and am paid up until Jan 2019. While the trainers are helpful and friendly, the sales staff can be pushy, but that is expected. The real problem is the state of the gym itself. Renovations were announced Dec. 2017 and were allegedly to be completed by March 2018. HA! What a joke. And of course the ongoing parking problems just add to the problems. So discouraging. I want to be able to workout somewhere I feel comfortable, instead this space is unnecessarily stressful.

  I have worked here. Let me tell you from first hand experience, this gym is an absolute scam. If I only got paid a nickel in commission for EVERY TIME a customer called and yelled about how Big Al's charged them EVEN AFTER CANCELLING. Furthermore, they don't pay their employees. Everyone is scrambling for paychecks that clear one month after they were supposed to. The owner is NEVER there and there's so many problems the staff can't take care of it all. They have no funds and that's why: -Machines are broke -Towels are always missing -Weights all over the floor (Noone to maintain) -Smelly, Moldy rugs that aren't cleaned and more! lol

  READ BEFORE JOINING!! As a member for 10 years, I was surprised Big Al's gym kept charging my credit card for training sessions after I cancelled my membership for medical reasons. After promising numerous times to reverse the unauthorized charges, nothing was done. If they can treat a dedicated member like this, I wouldn't recommend anyone to join this gym. I only wish someone warned me 10 years ago. BUYER BEWARE!!

  I brought my son in to see if I sign him with a trainer . We met Kevin and he offered my son a free session which was nice for him to try it out. . They day off the session my son was not feeling well so I called to reschedule and found out Kevin had left for the day and someone else was going to see him . I guess it worked out , but I never received a call to tell me it would be someone else seeing him . I ended up rescheduling again for today with Kevin. We arrived and were told to wait for 10 min because he was finishing up with another client . We waited for 1/2hr and just ended up walking out. Never even received a call or anything to apologize or to even try to reschedule . I guess we weren’t important enough since it was a free session . I do have a life and a schedule and don’t need to waste my time with that . There is plenty of other gyms
