  What to expect? Workers just standing around talking to each other ignoring customers. I like shopping at Big 5 but not this location.

  While I love to shop here when they have deals, and I usually going there knowing the deals by looking online. I sometimes find other deals that I am expecting. This particular store has a completely lackadaisical manager, and I had a horrible experience when trying to buy a particular gun, and after being run out of the store, my friend heard the same manager say how glad he was that I left mad and didn't want the gun so he would have to do the background check, because he wanted to get out early to watch the Super Bowl. Despite these two bad factors, with one of them being absolutely unforgivable, I had a wonderful I didn't understand or with little blonde haired, female manager. Nothing to do with her being a woman and me being a man, she was simply very warm and accommodating, knowledgeable about their product, and able to locate a very hard to find item in another store for me. This is my good experience there. As to their gun collection, there is a good thing and a bad thing to say about it. Well they have a very good variety I'm done, they are almost all in 22 caliber. I have seen guns there that I would have drooled over, had they been in 556, or even better 308, but instead they were in peashooter 22 caliber. I did not see how it be possible, so they would sell all of those guns for that much money , in 22 caliber. You would be one of the most heavily armed squirrel hunters in the world if you were to outfit your arsenal from that store. One last thing concerning the guns there, I got the most insane deal that I've ever gotten on a gun there, when I bought a Mossberg 500 shotgun, with both a long field barrel, and a short security barrel, in black, with a few minor upgrades, for $300! That is a deal, that will be very hard to beat.

  I don't think my husband and I will go back.... because we were nice and looking around but they hawked us like we going to steal something when we have money(might be because we were colored skin)... their customer service was crappy they didn't even bothered to help us to look for what we were looking for. I remember a long time customer service was excellent but nowadays.... It's nothing no help or anything thanks anyway.
