  After years of sitting at a desk all day I understandably started to have a lot of neck and shoulder pain. After a year of daily pain I finally said enough is enough. I went to see Dr. Bierbrauer per a recommendation from a friend and I was super happy with my experience! He spent a good amount of time assessing my particular situation hands-on, then was able to explain what was going on in a way that I could understand. He never talked down, but always treated me with respect and ease. He also spent time on some targeted massage and movements specifically for my problem areas. I especially appreciate that he doesn't require me to come in on a regular basis, but rather gave me a list of exercises and stretches that I can do at home to feel better, only coming in when I feel like I need extra help. Free parking and a modern, bright office with good art sweetens the deal.

  Dr. Chris is the best chiropractor I've seen. He is very well versed in ART and always explains what is going on in my neck/back/shoulder and how the treatment is intended to help. Other chiropractors I have seen have not always taken the time to explain these things; they do some cracking and popping and send me on my way. Dr. Chris is very thorough and intentional, which I so appreciate. Love the online scheduling, and he has worked me into a full schedule on occasion. Super convenient free parking and quick access to 35W also a huge plus. Receptionists are friendly, knowledgable and efficient. He's the best!

  I had debilitating neck pain that I had tried to fix through every method imaginable. I had never been to a chiropractor before, and was intimidated to try it. After 1 treatment with Dr Chris, I felt so much relief I cried in joy. He is easy to talk to, accommodating, and blends the perfect amount of adjusting with muscle work. Without a doubt, highly recommend Bierbrauer Chiropractic!

  Comfortable, relaxing and clean environment. Dr. Bierbrauer is professional and friendly. Kind, helpful woman at the front desk. I feel great after my appointment!
