  Can I leave 0 reviews? Went to this place to get a rear break installed, And found myself negotiating prices about parts I Didn’t need. like a tune up, a new Sattle, handle grips etc.. This place is a money machine. Complete ripoff, Staff were lazy and unhelpful, The chubby one was really rude and kept making me wait, Not coming back to this place..!

  Great customer service, went in to get my brakes fix only took like 10mins and it wasn't expensive. Highly recommend coming here

  They are great. I bought my bike at a place nearby that has "free tuneups for life" if you buy your bike from them, but now I just bring my bike to Bicycle Roots, for the superior work, friendly service and honesty. They will never try to sell you something you don't need. I just had some basic repairs/parts replacements on my 2-year-old bike and it rides better than it ever has.

  Great bike shop! Super nice and thorough staff. I was having an emergency problem with my bike and stopped by; they replaced the gears and installed it in 5-10 min for 30, everything included. Super affordable. Will definitely return!

  Top notch service and products. Came with a flat and 10 minutes later had the repairs done. Not saying that will happen everytime, but these guys are terrific at customer service and helping cyclists. My bike was a little dirty so I apologized for that. The clerk told me hey, that means you're riding and that's good. Know what else is good? Bicycle Roots!!
