I was calling to see if they could check the shelves for something the lady said she would go look she's just going to put me on hold but hung up........ I thought maybe she would call back but she did not. I'm upset about this. I asked her a question and she said she does not know. I asked her to ask someone else and she ignored me and hung up. It is then when I realized that it wasn't a accident she was hanging up on her own. Rude. Not helpful at all. You would think someone who works at a library would help you. WRONG.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. I used to come to this location lots of times. My second home for all services provided. It's been a year since I last attended and I decided to visit again for a quick resume print out. Let me tell you. Other than the sweet older lady, the rest of these women and the one guy need an attitude adjustment. This last visit reminded me of why I drive an extra 15 mins to go all the way downtown Fort Worth to the Central library. Every time I visit Central, it is and always is the best experience ever. No problems at all. People with compassion and patience work at the Central library. BUT the seminary South Campus, you should get some schooling and pick up a few pointers from the more experienced downtown. 🤘✌💪

The library was crowded when I was there and extremely noisy. This is the worst library I have ever been in due to all the noise. There was one man with a cell phone walking through the library just like he owned it and was talking loudly on the phone. No librarian said anything to him to get him to stop. Lizzy...You are an idiot! Libraries are supposed to be quiet.
