::Terrible communication within library! I called and asked about notary, they said to come by I was there in 5 minutes and just to be told they arenβt available to do that. I just called and was told to come very unprofessional. I paid a taxi to go there for no reason meanwhile I called ahead for the service.

::Thank Goodness: A traditional library, where peace and quiet are still respected as necessities for work, study, and even simply reading for intellectual pleasure! An absolute minimum of homeless -- practically none, since this place is so rather far from city limits -- makes for the air quality one would expect of a "temple of knowledge" and "respite for the soul" that used to be every library worthy of the title...WiFi is always excellent, too. Spacious, with a large quiet room (though minimum decibel levels are enforced throughout the premises) and individual study rooms available, plus a lovely little garden outside with tables and chairs. The best Nassau Library branch in the south of the county! I should also say that the staff, especially the reference librarians, are truly pleasant people -- no wagging fingers or arched eyebrows here. :-D

::My family has enjoyed this library for seven years. We have always been impressed by both the librarians and the programs they use to enhance their collection. As part of a larger system they have access to a great deal of materials and provide personal attention I have not seen elsewhere.
