  Very loud library. People talking on phones, adults and children talking loud/yelling, etc. Very noisy. Impossible to read or study here. Can't study on 2nd floor if you're an adult because it's the kid area...They throw you out of the 2nd floor when the kids start coming in.

  The library is big, it always has space inside, the WI-FI connection keeps disconnecting and they have to restart if in every 10 min. The library is not always very quiet. Since the lobby is connected with every floor, and the librarians talk with normal voice so there is never fully silence in there.

  A great library with amazing air conditioning during the summer. It has a good computer lab as well. There is a tiny less amount of children's books then other libraries.

  Staff was very rude. Woman at the desk snapped at my wife about needing proof of address to obtain a library card, although the website says that state ID is sufficient. The station used for reserving computers was frozen. When I brought this to another employee's attention, they spoke to me like I was stupid and directed me to use the station I had just said was frozen. A third, seemingly frazzled employee directed me to use the one computer that wasn't in use, which had only a gray, unresponsive screen. I usually enjoy libraries, but I've never had such a negative experience at any library before.

  I'm reading all of these comments and God help you idiots. The "noisy animals" your referring to are children!!! Yes it may get a little noisy but I have been able to find any book I was looking for and the staff were more than willing to help me.
