  Why can't we give a, "0", or a minus (-) star rating??? I bought a car from them, a Volvo. It lasted a month, and then broke down. Less than a week past the 30 day warrantee, they offered me their mechanics to fix the car. Their mechanic said $1300. When I complained about the amount, they said $800 to fix the car. I had the car towed to an honest mechanic. He charged less than $300, to fix it. Everything they said was wrong with it, wasn't! The car lasted four (4) months!!! After that, the only way the car moved, was by tow truck!!!

  I will never buy from this used car dealer again. My worst purchase ever! My Toyota has had nothing but problems since I purchased it. Buyer beware of this dirt lot dealer!

  I just bought an older SUV from Bi Auto sales and they are the Best between the warranty and information about the truck and they try there very best to accommodate their customers I would recommend them to all my friends

  I wish I could give these guys zero stars! What a JOKE they are! I purchased a 2007 BMW 328i about a year ago from these guys. Within the first month the car was towed 5 times!! Because of a faulty battery which it took over a month for these guys to figure out that it needed to be replaced. And they had the nerve to tell me the car was reliable. The tire pressure sensor was on from the day I got the car which they promised would be fixed before the car left the lot. Three visits to the shop later they still couldn't figure out why they couldn't get the sensor to turn off... turns out they sold me the car with 2 flat tires and I was running on run flats for weeks before I noticed. Thank god I noticed and had the tires replaced. Only to find out they sold me the car with only 2 run flat tires and the other two were just regular tires, on the cars description said it had ALL RUN FLAT TIRES. A year later my car starts pouring smoke from under the hood. I call them to let them know that I'll be bringing it in, 2 days later I go to start the car to bring it and it's dead in my driveway AGAIN for the 6th time. It takes them 2 weeks to replace the starter, which says it's covered under warranty which I still had to pay out of pocket for. And they never even addressed the fact that my car was smoking and burning oil after them having it for 2 weeks and it was the whole reason it had to be repaired in the first place!! So here I am fed up and come to get my car so I can bring it elsewhere just to find my service engine light on, my SEATBELT LIGHT and my airbag lights on which were never on before and my car running worse than ever! These guys are CROOKS and clearly have no idea what they're doing in their shop. BUYER BEWARE!!
