  Love their bagels, bacon egg and cheese is the best! And the staff is friendly and always remembers who i am :)

  I've lived in mahwah for a long time. I usually go to Buono bagels but I thought I would try something new. So I ordered at 11:45 am and it's now 12:45pm, still no food. I than called them, the girl picked up the phone and said oh yes we had the wrong address. Let me get this straight, I gave you my Phone Number and none can call me to say you have the wrong number? She than proceeded to say the guy that took your order didnt say anything and left. I explained to her you have my phone number, why didnt anyone call me, it's an hour later. She said point blank - it's not my problem. That was the last straw for me. Not only did I tell her it is your problem- I told her if my food does not come hot we are going to have a problem . She said she is just an employee and to call back when the manager is there. I will never order from this place again. Maybe they should have people that know how to take an order and address! Funny thing is I never write bad reviews, it is very rare but after the way I was just treated- you best believe I will.

  Honestly im not giving two stars for their food, i do like a lot of thing they offer (besides their sub-par bagels). The problem is with the staff/service. Ive found it really hard for them to get my order correct. I order oil and vinegar on my sandwich and i get mayo, i order fresh mozzerella on a sandwich and i get melted provolone, i get mac salad they give me potato salad. Some of the people there are fine and get the order right but a couple are just not picking up what im putting down, and its super frustrating. In my book not getting an order right is just as bad as having bad food in general.

  These are some of the best bagels in New Jersey. Sandwiches are great, service is great, and everyone is very friendly. This is definitely a go-to spot if you're in the Ramsey area.

  Pretty good bagels and sandwiches. They can be pretty slow and get crowded extremely easily, making it chaos for waiting in line. Big selection of bagels, baked goods, sandwiches, salads. Avoid the iced coffee, but hot coffee is good. Staff is super friendly.
