  I've been with Bonnie for two years and I can do so much more than I could when I started. I walk without a walker or a cane. I garden, I shop, I can get up on down off the floor, I feel good! I'm happy and not depressed! And most importantly, I look forward to each new day!

  I am a full believer if you don't use it you will lose it. Discovering this gym was the best thing for working out muscle aches and pains. Its helped me tremendously with strength and core issues . I'm very happy and plan on staying.

  I have been a member for almost 5 years. I knew after a large weight loss I wanted to be more fit. After a recommendation by an entire staff at a physical therapy business for Bonnie Murphy and BFit & Well, I checked it out. The best thing I ever did. If you think you're too old to start an exercise regime, this is the place for you.
