::Worst experience! I was trying to get help from a sale associate but an older man, probably the owner, started yelling at us. Completely rude and disrespectful... As a result, no one helped me and the old man continued to yell at me when I left the store.

::Extremely negligent & highly inefficient I went to the store over two weeks ago. They didn't have the right size for the pair I chose. I wanted to order the shoes online but the person helping me convinced me to order with the store. They said the shoes would arrive in 5 days. Fast forward 7 days exactly. I came into the store again hoping to pick up the shoes (my visit was on Thursday). I was told that special orders are only made on Mondays from the store. They will call me when the shoes arrive. I came in again today because there was no communication (email or phone) in the two weeks. I was finally informed that the shoes are on back order. No idea about the wait. I felt the store clerks were not attending to my needs during the whole process and let others cut in line. I wonder if they treat different races differently here. The store could have called me and informed me about the back order. If I hadn't visited twice, would they just ignore this order? I will not be visiting this store again in the future.

::Absolute dogshit store. All the shoes are overpriced, the customer service is bad and the salesmanship is slimy. For the love of god buy shoes online.

::I had a great experience with Ahmed and Lulu. My friend and I went into Beyond and wanted to have a look at the winter coats. We both ended up buying a Biannual coat each and found the service to be 5 stars, and we are so happy with our purchases. I would recommend going in there if you are looking to buy something unique!
