  We participated in dispute resolution case today at the Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center. I must say while we were successful at resolving our dispute we weren't completely satisfied and we were just a tad confused with the centers policies. However the volunteers working our case were fantastic and very well versed in dispute mediation. They were very polite and helpful through the entire process. While we didn't get exactly what we wanted we came very very close. The resolution process in Bexar County is a free service to residents and businesses and it's well worth using and the perfect alternative to the using the overcrowded courts. They did a wonderful job. As we were tired of chasing this individual they were successful at getting him to attend and while the outcome was in our favor and for a 75% recovery and not the 100% we wanted it's over and we're clear of this fraudulent business. We're thankful these folks are there and at the public's disposal. If you have a beef with a business located in Bexar County do yourself a favor and give the dispute center a call. I believe you'll be happy with them.
