::I tried to order lunch through BiteSquad today. The employee at Be'Wiched waited for 45 min after receiving the order, then called Bite Squad to cancel, saying she didn't have time for orders today. This was less than 30 min before the order was supposed to deliver, leaving me with no time to place an order anywhere else. This resulted in canceled appointments as several upset employees had to change their schedule for the day. The order cancellation itself is upsetting, but understandable. However, the decision to wait 45 min before canceling is not understandable. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at this establishment.

::15 dollar sandwich! And worth every penny, NY pastrami. It looked like a small Jimmy Johns sub before I opened it i was already disappointed at the size, but it made up for it in density and deliciousness. Deffinatly a meal and 1/2 in one sammie. Not a weekly place, but I'll treat myself every so often.

::Yes the pastrami sami is amazing, and their service is slow when the restaurant appears quiet. Went for the famous brunch today at 11a (they were supposed to open at 10) and the door was locked. A young woman let us in and explained that they were filling a huge catering order and “didn’t really have any food on the brunch line.” The music was blaring as they were cleaning up, and they offered to make us something quick to go. This after paying for parking. We left. Last trip to Be’Wiched. They should close their deli and stick to catering, as running a restaurant IS NOT their thing.

::I've ordered from Be'Wiched several times for work and they have been reliable and delicious! They deliver punctually, love the fact they're locally -owned, and they even go the extra mile to call and double-check your order if they aren't completely sure! Will continue ordering from here for sure. Loved the savory breakfast platter.
