  Scheduled an interior detail for a BMW early October 2017; included a wash and wax. The exterior was and wax did not include removal of sap dropping (ok I accepted that). The gentleman working on the car took it upon himself to address that issue; I took care of him. However, the interior of the car was not the presentation of a professional job. I have recently detailed several vehicles and this was the only time I was not pleased with work. The interior trims had drip marks ... ok no big deal but my navigation screen looked strange. At first I thought it had swirl marks on it but once I realized it wasn’t coming off I realized it had been SCRATCHED! I called three times for the owner and I have yet to receive a return call. After spending $160 and getting my car in worse condition and ZERO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM OWNER makes me WARN OTHERS TO FIND ONE OF THE MANY OTHER DETAILERS OUT THERE. I even made a video of my car inside and out before handing my car over to them. I recommended you all take pic and video of your car. Not sure how this will end.

  Great job after my road trip back from Florida with all the dead bugs on the front and in my grill $55 for a hand wash and wax great job guys!

  Absolutely love these guys. Give yourself time when you go. The men there pay attention to detail.
